Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States.

• Free standard shipping on every order: delivered in 3–5 business days.
• Express shipping ($9.99): delivered in 1–2 business days.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link once your package ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

Returns & refunds

Your purchase is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return.

• Email support@thenexora.cc with your order number to start a return.
• Items should be returned with all included accessories.
• Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• If your device arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order: your name, email, phone number and shipping address. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

• We use your information to fulfill orders, provide support and send order updates.
• We share it only with the services that help us run the store, such as our payment processor (Stripe), shipping carriers and our email provider, and with Meta to measure our ads (see below).
• We do not sell your personal information.
• Your cart is saved in your browser so it's still there when you come back.

Site analytics. We use our own first-party analytics to understand how people use the store and improve it. We record the pages you view, how long you stay, how far you scroll, which buttons you click, and general details such as device type, browser, time zone and the website that sent you. This is tied to a random ID stored in your browser and, if you place an order, to that order. We never record what you type or your payment details. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we don't collect analytics at all. Raw activity is deleted after 180 days.

Advertising. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API so Meta (Facebook and Instagram) can measure and improve our ads. This shares the pages you view, products you add to your cart, and purchases (order value, plus contact details such as your email in hashed form) with Meta, which may use them to show you relevant ads. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we don't share this with Meta. You can also email us to opt out.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

• All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices and offers at any time; changes don't affect orders already placed.
• An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.
• Use the device as described in the user manual. It is a training aid and does not replace professional advice for serious behavioral issues.
• Not recommended for puppies under 6 months, senior or pregnant dogs, or dogs with hearing loss.
